Clinicians BoneCare Complete is a natural calcium from mineralised seaweed plus vitamin and mineral cofactors required for bone health. It contains a research
based combination of vitamins and minerals needed to support healthy bones. The minerals in this formula are highly bioavailable and the calcium comes from Aquamin® – a red algae that is also rich in trace mineral and shown to be better utilised than calcium carbonate (chalk) forms.
Optimal bone health requires more than Calcium and Vitamin D. Many people are unaware that other key minerals like Magnesium, Boron, Zinc and Manganese are also required as part of bone structure or are needed to support mineral utilisation or entry in the bone. Vitamins D and K are also required to support this process.

Cholecalciferol Complex
(equiv. Vitamin D3 10mcg) 4 mg
Strontium carbonate
(equiv. Strontium 750mcg) 1.26 mg
Menaquinone 7 (equiv. Vitamin K2 45 mcg) 900 mcg
Aquamin® also contains trace minerals typically consisting of the following per tablet: Boron 24mcg, Copper 4mcg, Iodine 24mcg, Iron 500mcg, Magnesium 18mg, Manganese 54mcg, Potassium 3.4mg, Silicon 1mg, Sodium 2.4mg, Strontium 2.4mg, Sulphur 4.4mg, Zinc 10mcg.
Also contains: Tableting aids.
No Added: Artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
Usage Instructions
Adult: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food
Precautions:
- Anticoagulants – Vitamin K may reduce the blood thinning effects of oral anticoagulants such as warfarin.
